ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

For individuals who prefer to hire caregivers privately but need assistance with employer requirements, we offer administrative services to ensure quality care and total compliance with government regulations.

Our management and administrative staff are professional and knowledgeable in their field: payroll processing and reporting services (tax withholdings, workers’ compensation insurance, quarterly and annual reports); personnel oversight (screening, training, scheduling, evaluations and recordkeeping).

Home Healthcare Classifications:

Our Home Healthcare Agency employs caregivers and chore workers under the following classifications (click titles below for detailed job descriptions):

Non-Certified Caregiver

Certified Caregiver (CNA/HHA)

Non-Certified Personal Attendant

Household Chore Worker

Caregiver training classes are available to perspective employees, and continued education is provided for our caregiver staff.

This position requires a current First Aid/CPR certification within two weeks of hire.  No other formal certifications are required for this position; however, employees must be able to provide evidence that they possess the skills necessary (through “hands on” work experience or by documented training) to perform the required duties.

Employees who provide services under this classification will assist seniors and disabled individuals with their physical care needs and activities of daily living.  Duties may include the following:

  • Protective care and supervision

  • Personal hygiene and grooming care (bathing, dressing and incontinent care)

  • Medication monitoring

  • Equipment monitoring

  • Meal preparation and cleanup

  • Feeding

  • Ambulating and transfer assistance

  • Exercise assistance

  • Bedside care (positioning and range of motion)

  • Receiving instructions from medical personnel and following established care plans

  • Charting and record keeping of daily activities

  • Any subsequent household duties and/or physical assistance that provides for the safety, comfort and well-being of the client
